Meeting & Events Incentive Program
Colorado’s Meeting and Events Incentive was introduced to assist in the state’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. One element of the program is a targeted promotional campaign to create awareness and a sense of urgency for planners to book and host a meeting in Colorado between now and June 30, 2024.
It is imperative that Colorado, as a whole, presents a consistent and accurate message to planners about the program. The videos and documents below provide messaging, images and tools to assist you in promoting the incentive rebate through your own communication channels. You can download the “Toolkit” files here.

We partnered with the Colorado Tourism Office to produce a series of videos promoting Colorado as a premier meetings destination. We invite you to view and download these videos to share with your planners, prospects and meeting/event attendees.
