The property boasts 7500sqft. of meeting and event space, which was all recently enhanced this year including new furniture, carpet, lighting, baseboards, paint, wall coverings, and audio and visual upgrades.This includes a refreshed 3,100 sq. ft. ballroom that can be divided into three sections, conference rooms, a boardroom, private dining spaces, and an outdoor terrace space for smaller events, each option allowing the hotel to host to a wide variety of gatherings. Additionally, FIRE Terrace which is 1900sqft. allows guests to organize outdoor meetings and functions, embracing the warm Rocky Mountain weather and bustling city scene below.

Each of the guest rooms reflects a refreshed design concept featuring navy textured carpet accented by blue, yellow, and green seating chairs, window drapery, colorful bedding fabric, and an upgraded bathroom with white Italian marble. Additionally, the refresh welcomes a new queen bed category that reflects the enhanced design concept. Through a new national partnership with Soothe, guests of The ART Hotel Denver can book on-demand spa-quality massage treatments in the comfort of the newly refreshed guestrooms. Other wellbeing enhancements include Peloton Bikes in the refreshed 24-hour fitness center outfitted with new furniture, rubber flooring, wall covering, and finishes.
