Hartsel Ranch
Hartsel Ranch is designed for the group that wants to incorporate curated and unique experiences along with intimate meeting gathering spaces. Unique to Hartsel Ranch is the ability to accommodate small breakout sessions of 2-10 people, while also having the opportunity to utilize the large conference/boardroom table that seats up to 10 comfortably. There is a a dining room area which can be used as a meeting space for up to 5 table rounds with 5 people per table. A separate party barn building with approximately 1,800 sq ft of space is currently under renovation. The 1,000 acre ranch boasts numerous outdoor areas where events can occur.
All group pricing is all-inclusive and incorporates breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as snacks and beverages throughout the day. Alcoholic beverages and ala carte activities are an additional cost. We also offer complimentary Wifi, NO RESORT FEE, pre and post dates available at group rates based on availability, complimentary notepads and pens, and personalized reusable water mugs for all groups.

The new owners of Hartsel Ranch have done a complete renovation. The main lodge is upscale luxury with two enormous yet comfortable and welcoming living spaces. These spaces include a large stone original fireplace, 5 seperate seating areas, and a large conference/boardroom table. The main lodge also hosts a dining room which can also be converted to a meeting space with 5 round tables for 5 people per table, a bar area, two public main level restrooms, and two large porches with lounge chairs and firepits.
There are 6 ensuite rooms within the lodge. Two rooms on the main floor, each consist of a deluxe queen bed, sitting area, smart tv, private bath, and luxury linens, bedding, and towels. One of the rooms on the main floor is ADA compliant. There are four rooms on the second floor. Room six has two deluxe queen beds, while the remaining three rooms each have a deluxe king bed, one also having a pullout sofa double bed. The four 2nd story rooms also encompass smart tvs, private baths, and luxury linens, bedding, and towels.
There are also 4 private cabins currently under construction with completion dates set for March of 2024. Each of these luxury cabins have a seperate high end king bedroom. Three of the cabins will also have two xl twin beds, while one will have one xl twin bed seperate from the king bedroom. All four cabins will also have smart tvs, living rooms areas, luxury bathrooms, porches, and full kitchens.
Lodge and cabin accommodations all have complimentary Wi-Fi, bathrobes, daily housekeeping services, and NO RESORT FEE.
