Our Flatiron View Boardroom is the perfect size for a small offsite company board meeting with a beautiful view of the Flatirons to enjoy, or if you’re in need of a space to host a party, our Gunbarrel Meeting Space may be a better fit, seating between 2-70 people in a banquet-style setup. If you’re looking for a space to host a training or mid-sized event, our Longs Peak Conference Room may be just the room you’re looking for. Regardless of your needs, all rooms come with complimentary beverage services including iced water, a selection of Celestial Seasonings tea, and hot coffee served for the duration of your event. Basic A/V like Wi-Fi, HDMI cords, and power-strips are included in the cost of the space as well, with equipment rental available for an additional cost.

As far as sleeping rooms go, we have 3 types to choose from: single Kings, double Queens, and Studio Suites with a single King bed and a Queen-sized pull-out sofa. Our hot, buffet-style daily breakfast, Wi-Fi, and other amenities including bicycles and a local shuttle are all included in your rate regardless of what brings you into town. We’re equipped to host solo travelers and families and our friendly staff does a fantastic job making everyone feel welcome, because making you happy makes us happy!
