It is no surprise that the craft beer industry in Colorado is here to stay. The eclectic brews, following fans and exciting events that bring folks of all backgrounds together is compelling. Greeley is no different in that we have a growing craft beer industry sure to impress any group who visits. Give your social or meeting group attendees additional reasons to attend by showing them all that Greeley has to offer.
How to explore the breweries and see the city
Starting off at Broken Plow Brewery, sip on their famous Signature Chili Wheat beer, using locally grown chilies to give this beer just the right amount of kick. After tantalizing the taste buds, meander up the road to Crabtree Brewery, Greeley’s first craft brewery with a wide selection of different tastes such as their Peaches & Cream Saison, sure to please the palate.

Next, head to the University of Northern Colorado with meeting space to fit a variety of groups and a scenic campus sure to impress.

After exploring the campus, the next stop will be the popular WeldWerks Brewery. Nominated as a finalist for USA Today’s Best New Brewery, this growing establishment is bringing folks from all over the state to experience the wide range of brews ranging from the famous Hefeweizen to a tantalizing Mexican Achromatic.

Meeting goers can then meander our growing downtown business district, which includes a wide variety of restaurants and more. If groups visit from May through September, they can experience free Friday night concerts on the plaza at Friday Fest. Plus, Greeley is the only Go-Cup District in the state of Colorado, meaning an entire block of downtown is blocked off and each restaurant and bar can serve drinks outside, allowing patrons to go from bar to bar with their beverages. If craft beer and a thriving downtown isn’t enough, there are many other tours available sure to enhance the experience for your meeting.
Culture and Heritage: Greeley has four museums including the Colorado Model Railroad Museum, Centennial Village, Greeley History Museum and Meeker Home Museum, all offering insight into the proud history of Greeley and all must-see attractions.

Agriculture: With Weld County being ranked in the top 10 nationally for agriculture production, meeting attendees can experience a specialized tour of the many agriculture-related industries.
Creative District: The Greeley Creative District is a certified district by the state, so take the group on a self-guided tour of the eclectic shops, galleries and businesses that encompass the district.
With a wide variety of offerings available, attendees are sure to walk away with a greater knowledge of Greeley and will want to return to experience more, and of course, taste a new brew!
