Upper Larimer is purpose-built and consists of 1. Main Venue – Ballroom, 2. Landscaped and Elevated Outdoor Area, 3. Adjacent Hospitality Suite, and 4. Outdoor Courtyard Area, 5. Onsite Parking. Adaptively reused and repurposed by historic restauration experts as a world class event venue that provides all amenities needed for a high-class event – conference, meeting, happy hour, dinner, trade show, networking event, seminar and other event types.
