Flying Horse Resort & Club proudly offer nine indoor function rooms totaling over 11,000 square feet for up to 300 guests.

We understand the time and energy that goes in to planning a group event, which is why we’ve created flexible and budget friendly packages to help meeting planners simplify the planning process. Our signature Flying Horse Meeting & Conference Plans – both for overnight guests and local day attendees – incorporates the everyday needs into a per person, per day rate.

We also respect and appreciate that every group has different requirements; therefore additional add-on options, including on-site Group Activities, and customized packages are available to meet the needs of your group meeting or conference.

Two large conference rooms in the West Lodge feature fireplaces, connecting covered terraces with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the golf course with a backdrop of the Rocky Mountains and the United States Air Force Academy.

A thoughtfully designed executive boardroom complements the larger conference rooms and features natural light and an 86″ built-in presentation monitor. Our East Lodge features a 3,700 sq./ft. function space, the Barolo, with attached patio and built-in projectors and screens. We provide state of the art ergonomic conference chairs and executive conference tables with individual power sources and USB plug-ins for each attendee’s work station.

Additionally, we offer more than 10,000 sq./ft. of outdoor function space with views of the golf course and the Front Range.

Flying Horse proudly offers nine indoor function rooms totaling over 11,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

Two large conference rooms in The West Lodge feature fireplaces, connecting covered terraces with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Tom Weiskopf golf course with a backdrop of the Rocky Mountain Front Range and the United States Air Force Academy. A thoughtfully designed executive boardroom complements the larger conference rooms and features natural light and an 85″ built-in presentation monitor and broadcast camera. Our new East Lodge features a 3700 square foot function space, The Barolo, with attached patio and built-in projectors and screens. Adjacent to the Barolo is our newest restaurant, Fortezza. Fortezza is open daily for lunch and dinner. The attached patio is framed by our lush green fairways of the Resort’s Main Course.

Additionally, The Resort and Club offer more than 10,000 square feet of outdoor function space with views of the golf course, Pikes Peak and the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains You are able to host meetings and events up to 300 guests on our Clubhouse courtyard. Club Members and non-members are welcome to book meetings and private events at Flying Horse.
