Copper Mountain meeting facilities are conveniently located 75 miles west of Denver just off Interstate 70. Copper Mountain resort offers a wide variety of terrain for skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking and enjoying a wide range of other outdoor fun. Divided into three villages situated within close proximity to each other and the slopes, minimal transportation is needed in this pedestrian-friendly destination.
Meeting attendees can walk from nearly all accommodation options to Copper Mountain event space, shops, restaurants and activities. Even playing a round at Copper Creek Golf Course, the highest golf course in North America, is right outside the meeting rooms and accommodations. Plus, there is Rocky Mountain Coaster that is available nearly year-round and bumper boats, rock climbing and Woodward WreckTangle (a ninja obstacle challenge) in the Center Village during warmer months.
The 16,000-square-foot Copper Conference Center in the heart of Center Village is the cornerstone of Copper Mountain event space with facilities that can accommodate everything from general sessions and breakouts to large banquets and galas. In addition, there are several other flexible Copper Mountain meeting rooms throughout the three villages, including Jack’s at Copper One, the Pine Rooms at Village Square, and Copper Station in East Village. Copper Mountain manages the meeting and event space and catering and has an on-site audio-visual company, making it a seamless process to book and host gatherings.
In tandem with booking Copper Mountain event space, consider tapping into summer and fall festivities like the Colorado Barbeque Challenge; Red, White, Brews & Tunes; Woodward WreckTangle Challenge; SmashFest Golf Tournament; Copper Live; and Union Peak Festival.
