Hold on a second, quick check for success:
Step 1: Is your event eligible?
- Booked in Colorado?
- Takes place before June 30, 2024?
- New event contracted after April 6, 2021?
- Or, a previously booked or recurring event at risk of being canceled, postponed, or relocated outside of Colorado without support
- Generates at least 25 paid room nights ?
- Eligible costs of at least $35,000?
Step 2: Did you create an account on the application portal (it takes several days to set up)?
Step 3: Materials Did you download and complete the following forms:
- Two required forms, Meetings & Events Eligible Hard Costs Worksheet and an Events Affidavit. You will submit these forms as part of your application.
